- CIDCO will send the first intimation letter to the winner regarding the documents
- The winner has to submit the required documents like PAN card, domicile certificate, income certificate, passport, voter ID, birth certificate, etc
- After the submission of all the required documents CIDCO will provide a provisional offer letter
- Now the applicant is required to pay the partial amount of the flat within the given time
- After that, the applicant will get the allotment letter
- Now the applicants have to pay the stamp duty and registration charges and submit a copy of the registration certificate in the CIDCO office
